OST became SCC service user
After successful harmonization of Services agreement of Regional Security Coordination between OST and SCC, General Director of OST Mr. Klodian Gradeci and Director of SCC Mr. Duško Tubić signed Services agreement.

OST will start to procure services from SCC from 15th of June 2018.

MEPSO became SCC service user
After successful harmonization of Services agreement of Regional Security Coordination between MEPSO and SCC, General Director of MEPSO Mr. Sašo Vasilevski and Director of SCC Mr. Duško Tubić signed Services agreement.

MEPSO will start to procure services from SCC from 1st of March 2018.

ESO became SCC service user
After successful harmonization of Services agreement of Regional Security Coordination between ESO and SCC, on October 31st, 2017 in Sofia ESO CEO Mr. Ivan Yotov and Director of SCC Mr. Duško Tubić signed Services agreement.

ESO will start to procure services from SCC starting from 1st of January 2018.

IPTO became SCC service user
After successful harmonization of Services agreement of Regional Security Coordination between IPTO and SCC, on October 26th, 2017 in Athens IPTO CEO Mr. Manousos Manousakis and Director of SCC Mr. Duško Tubić signed Services agreement.

IPTO will start to procure services from SCC starting from 1st of December 2017.

OPC workshop
In cooperation with TSCNET, SCC organized ENTSO-E workshop for SEE TSOs and RSCs. The aim was to explain the OPC project and to involve larger number of TSOs in outage planning coordination process.

Support for OPC process in SEE for 2017
SCC provides support for CGES, as outage planning coordinator in SEE region, during 2016.
Based on the positive experience, SCC continues to support regional outage coordination process in SEE and MEPSO that is regional coordinator for the year 2017. SCC regularly provides security analysis on weekly level. Results of N-1 security analysis and CGMs are delivered to MEPSO, which is then forwarding these data to SEE TSOs.

Nordic RSC visit
Representatives of the Nordic RSC visited SCC. The aim of their visit was to get acquainted with SCC operational experience.
During the visit both RSCs have presented their work and future plans. Within the agenda SCC also provided demonstration of operational activities in SCC control room.
Both RSCs assessed the visit as very useful for both parties.

SMTA meeting
SCC hosted Task Force SMTA meeting in Belgrade. Almost all of Coreso, TSCNET and SCC member TSOs participated in the meeting.

Hiring of new engineers
As a result of introduction of the IDCF process, the scope of work has increased which has resulted with the need of hiring three new engineers in 2016 which means that SCC team currently has 9 members.

Starting of IDCF process
SCC started IDCF process for all reference timestamps. IDCF process in SCC includes IGM validation, CGM creation, delivery of IGM and CGM validation reports to the QAS Portal and security analysis to TSOs founders.
