The 37th Session of CIGRE Serbia 2025, held in the period 26th – 30th May 2025 in Kopaonik, succeeded to bring together scientists, industry professionals, and organizations from the fields of science, electricity, and the electrical industry. Through written scientific papers and in-depth expert discussions, participants addressed current challenges in the operation and development of the electric power system. 

SCC participated at this conference with the papers “Validation of grid model integrity from the information security aspect” and “Improvement of outage planning coordination using software solution developed within R²D² project”, describing parts of development within R²D² project.

To disseminate R²D² project on such a large event as CIGRE Serbia conference, Panel session 4 on CIGRE Serbia Conference was dedicated to the R²D² Serbian pilot site achievements. The purpose of the workshop was to introduce regional audience from Serbia and neighboring countries with the achievements of the tools developed, deployed and demonstrated within the Serbian Pilot Site of the R²D² project. Workshop was designed and executed as interactive discussion between Serbian companies which are part of R²D² consortium (EMSS, IMP and SCC) and key academia institution (School of Electrical Engineering, University of Belgrade – ETF) and industry stakeholder (Joint Stock Company Elektroprivreda Srbije – EPS) in Serbia.

In parallel, a technical exhibition took place, featuring electrical industry representatives, equipment manufacturers from Serbia and abroad, consultants, and research organizations – R²D² booth was visited by many visitors, especially on the second and third day of the event.
